What is Aquacool Trend Catalyst?

Aquacool Trend Catalyst is an additive developed by Aquacool Trend for the first time in Turkey, used to enhance paint durability on “risky surfaces.” It is a catalyst that improves water resistance and adhesion of paint on “inorganic” surfaces like glass, tiles, ceramics, metal, and granite countertops. It acts as a strong bridge between the paint and the surface. Especially in areas that are in contact with water, the catalyst must be added to the paint.

How to Use Aquacool Trend Catalyst?

• Shake the MAC Paint bottle and pour it into a bowl or container. Add the catalyst at a rate of 2.5% and mix thoroughly. (For 500 ML of paint or varnish, add 3 doses; for 120/150 ML of paint or varnish, add 1 dose).
• There is no need to add water.
• Prepare enough to consume the mixture within 2 hours. If it takes longer, you can add more catalyst.
